Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Audit, Tax, Financial Reporting, Controllership, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and business processes
- Advanced spreadsheet and reconciliation skills
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Experience in Audit & Assurance
- Technical Accounting (IFRS and/or US GAAP)
- Tax Compliance & Provision
- Internal Audit, SOX, or Forensic Accounting
- Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
