Accounts Payable Specialist

JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI, 8AM to 5PM, $19/HR, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE

• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Enter invoice data into accounting systems in a timely manner
• Reconcile accounts payable records to prevent duplicate or missing payments
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Process payments to vendors using checks and bank transfers
• Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Manage payment schedules in accordance with vendor agreements
• Analyze accounts payable processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Computer literacy and good typing skills
• Analytical skills for investigating discrepancies and improving processes
• Experience with Sage Accounting system is a plus
