- Build experience across both real estate and operating businesses, including hospitality and shared office entities
- Develop advanced Yardi and real estate accounting skills within a sophisticated ownership environment
- Play a key role in annual budgeting, lender reporting, and owner financial reporting processes
- Opportunity to grow professionally within a stable, fully integrated real estate organization
- Maintain general ledger accounting for office, retail, and multifamily properties
- Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and lender/owner reporting packages
- Complete CAM and real estate tax reconciliations
- Support monthly close, account reconciliations, and cash management activities
- Manage tenant lease setup review, utility billings, and tenant chargeback processes
- Assist with annual property budgets, loan compliance, and tenant improvement draw administration
- 2-5 years of accounting experience within commercial real estate
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax accounting principles
- Experience with Yardi and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
