You will support CAM reconciliations, real estate tax reconciliations, and monthly close processes in a real estate–balanced environment.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of CRE accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Yardi and Excel to deliver accurate financial statements and schedules.
