• Record journal entries and post them to the general ledger
• Provide support across payables and receivables workflows
• Keep financial records current, complete, and accurate
• Help coordinate payroll activity and the related bookkeeping entries

• Contribute to monthly and annual close cycles
• Reconcile accounts such as cash, inventory, and other balance sheet accounts
• Help assemble financial statements and backup schedules
• Deliver assigned close deliverables on schedule and without errors

• Organize and store documentation needed for audits and financial reviews
• Respond to auditor requests by gathering and providing supporting records
• Follow internal policies and established accounting procedures

• Spot ways to streamline accounting workflows and boost efficiency
• Help roll out new systems and process upgrades
• Promote consistent accounting practices across departments and sites

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Ideally 1-4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Background in manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial settings is a bonus
• Working knowledge of core accounting principles
• Solid Excel skills and exposure to accounting or ERP platforms
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Clear, effective communicator, both written and verbal, and a good listener
• Comfortable performing under pressure while juggling competing priorities
• Self-starter who uses good judgment and works well without close oversight
• Able to prioritize and deliver across several projects at once
• Team player with experience partnering across functions
• Preferred: familiarity with Net Suite (ERP)
