The Senior Tax Specialist supports the Firm's U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and tax-related activities for the Firm and its partners. This role works with internal teams, partners, outside advisors, and tax authorities to ensure tax requirements are handled accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and support quarterly and annual tax calculations, filings, and related reporting.
- Assist with partner tax reporting, state tax requirements, and annual tax information distribution.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and partners on tax compliance matters.
- Review tax schedules, filings, depreciation calculations, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Assist with tax notices, audits, and inquiries from federal and state tax authorities.
- Support tax-related requirements for employees or partners working internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or EA certification required.
- 5+ years of tax accounting or compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax requirements.
