- Assist with general ledger accounting for multiple company entities, both foreign and domestic, covering expense review, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounts payable.
- Month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and intercompany allocations and invoicing.
- Assist in preparing internal management reports, variance analyses, and financial statements for the management companies.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to promote accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
- Review monthly employee expense reports and flight activity for accurate coding and compliance with firm policies
- Assist in responding to requests from external auditors, the SEC, and other service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- 2–5 years of corporate accounting experience or a combination of public and corporate accounting experience.
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and team processes.
