Great Wolf Lodge in Chicago, IL seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Corporate Shared Services & Accounts Payable team. You will deliver AP services for the corporate offices and properties, handling high-volume processing, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
The role is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week) with a trial period before permanent status. 1–2 years AP experience and strong Excel/Word skills are required;
Coupa and Sun (Infor) experience
