This is a unique role for someone who's ready to take more ownership of the accounting/finance function.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 to 8+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience
- Background in a fast-growing, smaller-scale business where you've worn multiple hats
- Solid working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Hands-on ownership of the month-end close process
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with ERP and accounting systems
- Exposure to operational or industrial settings is a plus
- Experience supporting a business with more than one site is highly valued
