- Define and maintain QA checklists, SOPs, and accounting controls.
- Review and approve client deliverables for accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
- Identify recurring errors and drive corrective actions.
- Track quality metrics and report performance to leadership and clients.
- Train and mentor accountants on US GAAP and accounting processes.
- Handle complex accounting queries and quality escalations.
- Keep accounting standards and processes updated.
- Strong hands-on expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
- Experience in quality review, audit controls, and error reduction.
- Experience working with US clients, preferably in an outsourcing/shared-services environment.
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Xero, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong process improvement, training, and mentoring skills.
- Active US CPA or CA (India) required.
