Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• Process full-cycle payroll for approximately 600 hourly and salaried employees across multiple payroll groups.
• Review timekeeping records, approvals, and payroll discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Support garnishment processing and payroll maintenance activities.
• Partner with payroll leadership during an upcoming ADP conversion initiative.

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

• 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll for a high-volume employee population.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Meditech and/or Healthcare Source (HC) experience preferred but not required.
