Audit & Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a sophisticated accounting, tax, and advisory practice that is looking to add an experienced Audit Senior Manager to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a local, regional, or National CPA firm who enjoys being hands-on with complex accounting and financial statement engagements but wants greater flexibility, long-term stability, and a genuine path for career advancement.

The practice specializes in working with family offices, high-net-worth individuals and families, real estate and partnership structures, closely held businesses, trusts, and private foundations
.

• Remote flexibility with the option to work from the Encino, CA office
• $150K-$180K base salary + bonus
• Long-term advancement opportunities, including a path toward Principal and potential equity
• Flexible hours and the ability to reduce hours or take additional time off during the off-season
• Work directly with sophisticated, long-standing HNW and family office clients
• Exposure to complex real estate, partnership, trust, foundation, and closely held business structures
• Highly tenured team with a strong emphasis on stability and providing a long-term professional home
• Hands-on role where you can own engagements from planning through completion

• CPA or CPA candidate with strong relevant experience
• 5-7+ years of public accounting experience
• 3-5+ years of hands-on audit, review, and compilation experience
• Strong financial statement preparation experience, including footnotes
• Experience with real estate, partnerships, HNW clients, personal financial statements, private foundations, or closely held businesses
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and income tax basis accounting
• Someone who genuinely enjoys hands-on accounting work and solving complex problems
