To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team an
AR & Revenue Assistant AccountantThe Assistant Accountant will support the AR & Revenue team in our Accounting Department and will report to the AR & Revenue Manager.
In detail, our new colleague in this position, along with our team members, will:Work on accounting transactions using SAP
Monitor revenues and perform monthly consolidations on various clients (always by using SAP transactions- banking reconciliations—customer balance sheets).
Issue invoices, , TURNOVER RENT, collecting relevant sales reports.
Issue events invoices
Communicate with clients regarding various financial issues that may arise.
Comply and work on our Company’s financial policies and regulations.
Education & Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from Higher (AEI) or High (A.TEI)
Ideally, an accounting Signature of Class B and above.
Excellent command of the English language.
2-3 years of working experience in Accounting, preferably in a well organized accounting department, that could be in a Retail, Construction, Real Estate, and/or Financial Services sector.
Good knowledge and experience in IFRS and Greek Accounting Standards
Good EPR use and ideally, SAP skills
Fluency with Microsoft Office | Excel functions
Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate and cooperate efficiently with various colleagues within our Company as well as clients.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Ability to perform in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
