Overview
The Executive Assistant, is responsible for providing customized support to the Real Estate Equity (REE) team; as well as back up support to the LGIM America, administrative staff. This role will deliver support to team members within REE by providing executive level administrative support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating the team’s attendance at conferences including set up of booth and preparation of materials.
They will also create pitch books and manage other duties as necessary.

Responsibilities- Responsible for administrative support to the Head of Real Estate Equity and multiple client-facing team members
- Provide a high degree of judgment and discretion
- Provide support to other administrative staff members as needed, including but not limited to, reception coverage and supply maintenance
- Assist with the setup of new hires into the team
- Review and comply with Firm policies applicable to business activities
- Act as liaison between departments to facilitate communication at the executive level
- Schedule and organize department and administrative project activities that may be assigned, including but not limited to, meeting book printing/shipping
- Process expense reports and generate and manage correspondence
- Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for designated members of the department
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience required
- The ability to earn trust and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and colleagues across the organization
- The ability to prioritize business needs and to manage through the inevitable complexity of a growing organization
- Efficient calendar and travel management
- The ability to react to changing situations, tight deadlines, and pressurized situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to take the lead and use initiative, when required, and know when to involve others
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to set priorities based upon urgency and importance within the department and as part of LGIM America’s overall directive
- Proficient experience with MS Office - specifically with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding the information relating to clients, transactions, colleagues, and internal projects
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
$60,000 - $80,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
