The Project Coordinator supports operational processes, coordinates project documents, and maintains project files for document control throughout the project cycle. The role offers first‑hand experience in construction, interacting with all levels of the operations team on multiple fast‑paced projects in a year.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project Preparation and Set‑Up:
    Assist the team with bid documentation, plan distribution, and subcontractor management.
  • Subcontractor Coordination:
    Issue and track subcontracts, prepare subcontractor lists and submittal logs, and manage insurance and bonds.
  • Project Close‑Out:
    Track insurance, obtain documents, prepare close‑out binders, and track vendor invoicing.
  • Field Operations:
    Coordinate meetings, take minutes, maintain logs, evaluate change orders, update the master schedule, develop OST drawings, and prepare weekly reports.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic document creation.
  • Familiarity with Docu Sign.
  • Willingness to learn database management; experience with Procore preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Tenant Improvement Construction experience a plus.

Salary

$30 – $39 an hour. Salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
