The Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the growth and success of Assurance
SD and its affiliated businesses. As the first experience a customer has with Assurance
SD, Enrollment Specialists are responsible for successfully onboarding new participants, workers, and vendors into the referred program with a focus on detail and data accuracy. With strong attention to detail, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing enrollment packets and data entry, ensuring the integrity of the information received and input into the system of record.
- Technical
Skills:- End-to-end enrollment process
- Directly support 30-35 incoming enrollments per month, maintaining them until successful conversion
- Packet Completion (What a good completion looks like)

- Data entry (Smart Sheet, packet pre-population)
