Position: Scheduling and Client Services Coordinator (In Office)

Overview

Scheduling and Client Services Coordinator (In-Office) – Healthier Tomorrows, a specialty nutrition practice focusing on outpatient care for clients struggling with eating disorders and other nutrition related issues, is looking for a passionate, energetic, and committed administrative professional to join our growing team. This will be a full-time in-person role in our Chicago office, so only Illinois-based applicants will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to client inquiries about services via email, telephone, and live chat.
  • Collecting accurate and thorough client information and clearly explaining insurance coverage.
  • Scheduling clients for initial sessions and managing multiple calendars with precision.
  • Providing administrative support to our team of providers.
  • Caring for general office needs such as re-stocking supplies, checking mail and ensuring that cleaning has been performed as scheduled.
Education / Experience

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
