The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate and private events.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain detailed event documentation, checklists, and schedules.
- Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment needed for each event.
- Track event progress and provide updates to the management team.
- Assist with on-site event operations to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
- Help identify process improvements to enhance overall event performance.
