Working as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Itwould be even better if you also had
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients in a manner that suits them
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service, whether in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer-service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range InformationLocal minimum wage laws apply. The pay range for this position is $11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Individual pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may also participate in incentive compensation plans.
