Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join and support their team!

This position is full-time onsite at their beautiful office in Chicago, IL.

Job Responsibilities
  • Enter time and submit expense reports for attorneys
  • Process billing memos
  • Perform other administrative duties including scanning documents, black lining, preparing mail for shipping, and handling all incoming mail
  • Proofread and edit documents as needed
  • Work with attorneys on other tasks that require special instructions
  • Maintain all general files
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Manage calendars for attorneys (scheduling appointments, court dates, conference calls, travel)
  • Attend scheduled training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree; prior law firm experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong typing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
  • Salary Range

    $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience
