Division Overview:
In this position, you will be part of TASCs agency infrastructure, whose departments collectively assure the overall quality, fiscal responsibility, effectiveness, and impact of TASCs work and work to advance our mission to build a healthier, safer, and more just society.
We are currently looking for Part-Time Administrative Support
Workdays and hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Starting at $38,000 - $42,000; contingent upon experience, education, etc.
Position Summary:
This position is vital in supporting the Training Department at TASC by providing administrative and operational support. This role is essential in assisting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for staff, supervisors, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and development. This position ensures that training sessions run smoothly by offering logistical support and assisting in preparing and coordinating materials, sessions, and evaluations.
Administrative Support
* Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including managing materials and preparing technology.
* Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and feedback documentation.
* Handle staff registrations for training, ensuring smooth enrollment and accurate record-keeping.
* Monitor registrations for internal training sessions, ensuring that capacity limits and registration deadlines are met.
* Support training campaigns by providing administrative assistance.
* Develop efficient tracking systems to monitor the progress and completion of ongoing training.
* Track and generate reports based on training evaluations.
* Activate and deactivate staff accounts in Relias and Syntrio LMS systems.
* Enroll staff in required training plans and individual courses.
* Track and monitor staff progress to ensure timely completion of assigned training
Our Ideal candidate:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development) is preferred.
* Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in training or educational settings. Ability to work independently; strong presentation and engagement skills preferred
* Knowledge of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Internet
* Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
* Ability to work with a diverse population
