Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Lockbox Processor to join their team. As a Lockbox Processor, you will be part of the Receivable Operations division supporting government clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great focus, and operate with a sense of urgency, which will align successfully in the organization.

As a Lockbox Processor
, your job is to handle sensitive documents that come through the mail. You’ll sort, organize, scan, and enter information into our systems. This work supports critical financial transactions and must be done accurately and efficiently.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Opening and sorting incoming mail
• Preparing documents for scanning and digital storage
• Using a computer to enter important payment or account information
• Following detailed instructions and strict procedures
• Working quickly and carefully to meet deadlines
• Asking for help or clarification when needed
• Contributing to a positive, team‑focused environment
