Office Assistant CHIB

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Office Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, basic computer and typing skills, and professional phone etiquette and communication skills.

• Starting at $19-$22/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, the client may be flexible with the schedule to accommodate the right candidate
• Located in Chicago, Illinois

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Professionally and kindly greet clients and visitors
• Assist with printing, scanning, filing documents
• Keep business records
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience with order entry
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Corel and/or Photoshop is a plus, but not required
