Seasonal Administrative Support Associate - North Michigan

Summary

The Seasonal Administrative Support Associate supports the General Manager, store administrative functions, and people initiatives. This customer- and colleague-facing role helps deliver an exceptional experience while keeping store communications and processes organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the Executive Office and respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Provide floor support as needed and assist with Cash Office functions.
• Support the General Manager and other administrative colleagues as needed.
• Help source applicants and coordinate recruiting, hiring, candidate communications, and onboarding.
• Maintain documents through the Imaging Documenting System and support in-store hires.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and workflow management skills.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
