Front Desk/Receptionist
Thresholds in Chicago is seeking a Desk Clerk to greet clients and guests, sign them in, and provide friendly customer service at the front desk. You will help maintain a welcoming and safe environment and assist with daily administrative tasks for staff and clients.
You will monitor security, coordinate with clinical teams, handle phone calls and mail, and participate in paid training to deepen your knowledge of the mental health field.
