Key ResponsibilitiesAs a MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT at the GS-0303-7 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Manages, with direction from the Chief, Mission Assurance Division, relevant budget and travel expenses (O&M and TWCF-funded positions) within established authorities. Trained, and appointed to execute Alternate, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsibilities for the Mission Assurance Support Contract in the absence of the Primary COR.
Serves as the publication/records custodian and manager enhancing and executing processes to maintain official records in accordance with DoD and Command policy. Maintains Division and the Chief Mission assurance schedules appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, and training requirements, e.g., training forums, updates and data entry into relevant training applications.

Requirements & EducationSubstitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
