Medcan in Oakville is seeking an energetic AHA Flow Coordinator/Receptionist to support patient check‑in, welcome clients, and help maintain a smooth clinic flow for Year‑Round Case and Annual Health Assessments. Training will be completed onsite at the Oakville site.
You will coordinate with clinical teams, handle inquiries, payments and scheduling, and provide cross‑coverage across Reception, AHA Flow, YRC/Refine, and other clinic needs.
