Luxury Automotive Service Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team and lead our service department to new heights.

As a Luxury Automotive Service Manager at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our service department. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of service advisors and technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service at every visit.

• Oversee all aspects of the service department, including staffing, training, and performance management
• Ensure that service advisors provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor service department performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize technician productivity and minimize customer wait times
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Previous experience in automotive service management in a luxury brand (Audi, BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, etc.)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with automotive service management software and computer systems
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry best practices
