• Prioritize daily retail operations to meet customer demands and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Address customer needs, concerns, complaints, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and competitor offerings.

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive repair retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retaining a loyal customer base.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work on a varied schedule as needed.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
