Our Subaru of Chicago dealership is looking for a hardworking, entry-level Service Advisor who's eager to learn and grow with our team. No prior experience is required - just the right attitude and a drive to succeed.

Location: Subaru of Chicago - Chicago, IL (60641)
Schedule: Full-Time / Monday-Saturday
Pay: Earn $100,000+ per year! (Commission Position)

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
• Learn to prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
• Help ensure an outstanding customer experience

• A go-getter with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Someone excited by a fast-paced environment and hands-on training
• A self-starter who wants to control their own pay through our commission-structured pay plan

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (3 yr min)
• Must be willing to submit a background screening
