• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance with locating vehicles or directing them to the appropriate department
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of vehicles on the lot, including washing and vacuuming dealership and customer vehicles
• Move vehicles to designated areas
• Safely provide vehicle pickup and delivery for customers
• Perform regular checks of vehicle keys and ensure they are stored securely and accounted for at all times
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of the dealership building and grounds
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other dealership departments to support overall operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and common areas, sweeping and removing trash as needed
• Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3‑year minimum)
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as required
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in attendance
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently
• Familiarity with basic building maintenance tasks such as lightbulb changes and lawn care
• Willingness to learn and perform routine maintenance duties as assigned
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and prioritize tasks effectively
