We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager who can forge meaningful partnerships, deliver consultative support, and champion the growth of our customers. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, providing tailored business reviews, strategic insights, and hands-on training to optimize their use of Peoplevine’s suite of tools. Through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, addressing key issues and helping our customers unlock their full potential.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of key accounts, owning customer health and retention.
- Deliver strategic insights and tailored business reviews that drive adoption and help customers unlock the full potential of the Peoplevine platform.
- Lead engaging training sessions (on-site or virtual) to empower customers and their teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Advocate for customer needs, sharing feedback with our product and development teams to help shape our roadmap.
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role - ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or member-based businesses.
- A consultative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify and maximize opportunities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and passion for making a real difference for customers.
- A genuine interest in technology and helping businesses engage, grow, and succeed.

The DetailsLocation:
Chicago, IL: 2-3 days working from the office
