Job description for a senior Product Management leader with extensive experience in Brokerage and Risk related products, focusing on Portfolio Margin and risk management tools.

Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to articulate a clear growth plan with an actionable roadmap of deliverables
  • Socialize the plan with the broader organization to gain acceptance
  • Define the client journey to create user personas that inform how clients interact with the Product, which tools they use, and their trading patterns
  • Leverage findings to guide the design and building of the next set of Product features to capture market share and increase stickiness with current customers
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify, evaluate and define complex systems; create product artifacts (business requirements, functional requirements, migration plans, communication plans, project updates) and obtain approvals from business and technology leaders
  • Collaborate with Risk, Sales, Service, UX and channel teams to optimize the experience for highly sophisticated clients
  • Apply data analytics and risk management knowledge to inform product decisions
  • Maintain deep knowledge of option pricing models and associated risk management
  • Synthesize and model large data sets to extract actionable insights for risk management and product improvement
  • Partner with Risk teams to understand needs and help build tools for improved risk management
  • Lead a team of Product Managers with day-to-day management responsibilities and associate development
  • Maintain brokerage services knowledge
Qualifications

Basic

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in Product Management and/or Risk Management with a track record of building risk tools for option traders
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation)
  • Excellent knowledge of options valuation and related risk management
  • Strong data modeling and analytics skills

Preferred

  • Experience building and launching client-facing applications
  • Experience managing a revenue-generating product
  • Risk Management and data modeling experience is highly desirable
  • Prior consulting experience in Management, Strategy, or Risk Management is a plus
  • Superior analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player, and organized
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in a collaborative environment

Salary range for the position: $110, per year. Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and participation in relevant incentive plans, possibly including a discretionary bonus.
