Role SummarySenior Brand Manager – Ore-Ida will lead brand strategy, P&L management, demand forecasting, and market insights for the Ore-Ida portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Ore-Ida portfolio, align brand positioning with company objectives.
- Develop and execute brand strategies, annual business plans, and category stories.
- Own the Profit and Loss for Ore-Ida, driving volume, profit, and market share.
- Lead demand forecasting and commercialization activities, manage product/package changes.
- Analyze brand performance with syndicated data, translate insights into action plans.
- Collaborate with Communications Sr. Brand Manager on activation across channels.
- Manage key projects related to new product launches and brand refresh initiatives.
- Strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution.
- Experience developing & executing 1-year & 3-year growth plans.
- Demonstrated success driving demand through product, price, place, promotion.
- Strong business acumen, demand forecasting, consumption analysis, P&L management.
- Excellent prioritization and resource maximization.
- Experience refreshing brand foundations, defining consumer targets.
- Passion for team development and culture building.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action, results-oriented approach.
- Proven track record of results and leadership.
- Prior experience managing a P&L preferred.
- Agile problem solving and simplification skills.
- Strong communication, influence, relationship building.
- Collaborator who brings teams together to solve problems.
- Experience in marketing for a CPG company or agency side.
- Resiliency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- New Hire Base Salary: $137,400 - $171,700
- Performance-based bonus, terms per plan documents.
Compensation will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors.
