Practice Development Coordinator – Chicago (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading national law firm is seeking a Practice Development Coordinator to join its Chicago office. This role supports firmwide marketing, business development, and practice group initiatives, and is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional services environment.

• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives across multiple practice groups
• Support proposal development, pitches, and related marketing collateral
• Coordinate research efforts using industry tools and databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and high-quality deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years of marketing, proposal, or business development experience (legal or professional services preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with tools such as Word Press, InTapp, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters Monitor Suite is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

• Salary range: $60K–$70K
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (Chicago office)
