Treasury Management Officer - Middle Market Banking - Commercial & Specialized Industries - Vice President
Job Description

Base pay range $/yr - $/yr
Job Responsibilities
- Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
- Create strategic dialogues around key client‑centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
- Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client‑driven framework.
- Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
- Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.
- Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects, and clients on working capital solutions at client round tables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.
- Manage non‑credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
- Success developing new business with a focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizations.
- Strong time‑management, organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certified Treasury Professional designation.
- Strong creative solution and problem‑solving abilities.
