We are now seeking a Partner with Technical Due Diligence experience to join our M&A Infrastructure Advisory team and lead strategic growth across the U.S.

What You’ll Bring Required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or the energy/infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in technical due diligence and M&A advisory for infrastructure investors.
  • Established relationships with private equity and infrastructure investor clients.
  • Strong business development skills and ability to deliver multi‑million‑dollar annual sales.
  • Deep understanding of global energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and low‑carbon transition strategies.
Preferred
  • Recognized technical authority and marketplace reputation.
  • Experience leading large, complex advisory assignments and multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Innovative mindset with ability to influence change and deliver creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships with infrastructure investors and financial sector clients.
  • Originate and secure M&A advisory opportunities, positioning ERM as a trusted partner for technical and sustainability due diligence.
  • Shape and lead advisory assignments, ensuring exceptional quality and client value.
  • Drive commercial strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with ERM Partners globally to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams to support ERM’s growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, financial targets, and client expectations.

Compensation

For the Partner, Technical and Infrastructure Due Diligence position, the anticipated annual base pay is $180,000 – $230,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed‑term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
