• Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, reports, and models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, Power Query).
• Analyze business and financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
