Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Management, ESG to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of ESG-focused products and services. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into innovative, scalable product solutions while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. As a leader in the product management organization, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, mentor and lead product managers, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
Define and drive the product strategy and vision for ESG products, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Product

Roadmap:

Translate business needs into a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives to balance long-term goals with immediate customer needs.

• Market Insights:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and partner evaluations to inform product development and drive differentiation.

• Product Execution Plans:
Develop and execute detailed plans, including target market analysis, build/partner/buy analysis, investment case analysis, and prioritization strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.

• Customer Engagement:
Actively engage with customers, prospects, and advisory boards to gather insights, validate concepts, and improve product offerings.

• Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide product managers to foster innovation, accountability, and a results-driven culture within the ESG product team.

• Data-Driven Decisions:
Leverage metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance, inform decision-making, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Scalable Solutions:
Drive the development of cloud-based, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and address evolving ESG requirements.

• Budget Management:
Manage product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications

•

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.

•

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing complex product portfolios and delivering results in tech-enabled services or software.

Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions is strongly preferred.

•

Skills:

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Effective communicator with experience presenting to executive leadership and engaging with customers. Proficient in product management tools and methodologies. Solid understanding of data-driven product management and financial modeling.
