Position: PMO Lead (Procurement)

PMO Lead (Procurement)

Centric Consulting is seeking a PMO Lead (Procurement) – a W2T Consultant role located in a hybrid/travel arrangement with an average travel expectation of up to 10%. The position is temporary (W2T).

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Procurement to finalize the high‑level future‑state operating model and organizational structure.
  • Capture and document value‑creation and synergy opportunities.
  • Define Day 1–Day 100 objectives, hand‑offs, and success metrics.
  • Maintain the master action plan, risk log, and decision tracker.
  • Facilitate fast, aligned decision‑making among executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale transformations or integrations.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive‑level communication.
  • Available to work on‑site in Chicago approximately 3 days per week, with flexibility for U.S. travel.
  • General knowledge of HR functions (subject‑matter expertise not required).
