** About the job:
*** Partner with NPD and cross-functional teams to support new product sourcing, including preferred supplier selection, early supplier involvement, RFQ execution, sample coordination, cost benchmarking, and commercial negotiations to achieve target pricing and ensure on-time product launches at optimal cost.
* Develop and execute the annual cost saving plan, leading supplier consolidation initiatives and negotiation activities to deliver committed savings targets; track, monitor, and report monthly savings performance.
* Drive continuous improvement of the supply base performance across Quality, Cost, Delivery, Payment Terms, and Consignment; identify, qualify, and consolidate suppliers with strong competitiveness and long-term value to support business unit requirements.
* Support sourcing strategy development by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, conducting supplier base and spend analysis, and providing data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, procurement contracts, and NDA execution, ensuring timely sign-off and effective contract implementation.#

* About you:

*** Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* 5+ years of sourcing experience, familiar with molding, stamping, tooling, plating, diecasting & machining…
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve priority conflicts in a timely manner
* Good communications, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in office software;
Familiarity with SAP
