General Responsibilities

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Enrollment Specialist Supervisor to manage various enrollment programs and provide direct support to operations across the Assurance

SD family of brands. This role primarily focuses on overseeing team members involved in enrollment and ensuring the effective and successful delivery of enrollment services for assigned programs. The Enrollment Specialist Supervisor will be responsible for managing the workload of their assigned staff and tracking enrollment progress. They are accountable for their team's performance, which includes achieving enrollment targets such as conversion rates and enrollment cycle times.

The supervisor must be skilled at de‑escalating and resolving complex issues as they arise. Additionally, the Enrollment Specialist Supervisor will play a key role in team development and training. They will effectively monitor and analyze data to intervene when necessary, ensuring the overall success of the enrollment team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage new enrollment program implementations, including product deployment, referral enrollment processes, enrollment packets, and client engagement.
  • Design and execute strategic plans, preparing and completing action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflows, and implement necessary changes to maintain best-in-class FMS services.
  • Accomplish program, operations, and organization objectives consistent with the ASD mission, achieving key results.
  • Inform support staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor in accord with organizational targets.
  • Strategically manage relationships with key operations vendors, partners, and adjacent funding sources.
  • Thoughtfully communicate client and customer needs and issues with the operations team, creatively devising ways to address problems and complaints while improving the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and the management team to develop, set, and/or implement policies, procedures, and core systems.
  • Maintain impeccable follow‑through for clients and customers at all levels.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues through regular updates and reports, leading external client and internal department meetings.
  • Successfully fulfill other duties as assigned, supporting internal teams and departments as needs arise.
  • Directly supervise program staff, including Account Coordinators
  • Efficient at the end-to-end enrollment process
  • Subject Matter Expert across Multiple Systems of Record
  • Writing Skills for a professional setting to include technical writing, independently create process documentation, and training materials.
  • Ability to build, interpret, and communicate report data
  • Act independently on available data to intervene, change approach, and provide performance feedback
  • Maintain a quality assurance program for assigned direct reports
  • Contribute to training content development & delivery at onboarding and ongoing
  • Effectively represent the business in client and inter‑organizational meetings.
