We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to oversee, track, and optimize the lifecycle of organizational assets. The ideal candidate will ensure effective asset utilization, compliance, and reporting, supporting the organizations operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all physical and digital assets, including acquisition, allocation, movement, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Conduct regular audits and inventories to ensure data accuracy and asset integrity.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT, finance, and operations teams to forecast asset needs and manage asset lifecycle.
  • Monitor and enforce asset policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present asset reports, including utilization, depreciation, and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate asset transfers, disposals, and decommissioning in line with company guidelines.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to asset procurement and management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in asset management practices.
  • Respond to internal and external asset-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of asset management systems and tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Asset Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, inventory management, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in asset management software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; current US residency required.
Compensation and Benefits
