Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and meeting sales goals while promoting Auris’s payroll and HR solutions. Responsibilities include presenting and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs, managing a sales pipeline, and providing training to ensure customer success. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proven sales and sales management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills to understand client needs and foster customer satisfaction
  • Ability to deliver effective training to clients and team members on products and services
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
