• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Availability required from July 13, 2026 through December 4, 2026. The hybrid work environment requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. The Office of the CIO houses enabling cross‑functional capabilities leveraged by the broader IT organization, including Strategy, Governance, Planning, Transformation Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management. The APMO Co‑op role will support the Director of Agile Project Management Office on various process improvement initiatives and portfolio management activities, including gathering and documenting feedback on waterfall and Agile methodologies, updating methodologies as needed, status reporting, dependency management, and creating training materials and videos as required.

• Must be enrolled in a BS/BA, MS, or a recent graduate in a related field.
• Data analysis and reporting experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Power BI, and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and adapt to change.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and highly organized.

Individual cohort pay rates vary by location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 – $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 – $34.20
