Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Sr. Analyst to join our Loyalty & Guest Analytics team. In this role you will collaborate closely with colleagues, stakeholders and leaders worldwide, providing analysis and insights that inform strategic decision‑making and help keep Hyatt at the forefront of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities- Lead ad hoc analytics projects that support decision‑making for key stakeholders, especially the Americas Loyalty and Partnership teams. Scope requirements, secure timelines and resources, and execute projects.
- Set program KPI goals, monitor performance, and leverage results to provide insights and recommendations for improving loyalty program outcomes.
- Support loyalty program offer development, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Promote the World of Hyatt value proposition through metrics and insights development.
- Analyze guest and non‑member data to identify trends, patterns and behaviors.
- Monitor performance metrics related to engagement, acquisition and conversion of non‑member guests.
- Identify opportunities for deeper analytical support and develop reporting products to address gaps.
- Assist in developing self‑service analytics tools and provide curated dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree with quantitative emphasis.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, preferably in marketing or loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights that inform decision‑making.
- Experience measuring organizational performance and developing models to identify metric relationships and predict outcomes.
- Proficient in building and automating reports for business stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing large transactional datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data visualization.
- Experience providing data and reporting QA.
- Effective at communicating analytical findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Self‑driven, curious and resourceful.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding data integrity and governance standards.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Tableau (or other BI tools) and Alteryx.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. The position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
