In America, we are expanding rapidly to support the region’s renewable energy growth and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to strengthen our presence across North America.

What you will do

The North America Manager owns relationships with strategic developers, IPPs, utilities and EPCs, leading multi‑site sales cycles from prospecting to award to delivery hand‑off. You will orchestrate cross‑functional resources (Sales Ops/GSSM, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, PMO) to win orders and ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute North America sales strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales growth, aligned with group and regional strategy and targets.
  • Own 5–8 strategic accounts end‑to‑end; deliver annual bookings per regional targets and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Responsible for RFP/RFQ responses and orchestrate with cross‑functional departments for pricing and bidding.
  • Maintain pipeline—keep stages, probabilities and close dates current; issue a weekly forecast and a quarterly business review (Q ).
  • Other regional business‑related matters handling.
What you bring
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the renewable energy, solar or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong understanding of PV systems, project development or solar tracker technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented and capable of working independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Based in Chicago, with availability to travel across North America as required.
