Chicago-based e-commerce retailer seeking an ambitious, self‑motivated and data‑driven individual to join our team as an Amazon Associate Brand Manager. The Associate Brand Manager will have the opportunity to work on a multi‑brand consumer e‑commerce platform, backed by Sky Box Capital, in a lean startup environment where a significant amount of responsibility is given and valuable insights are expected. The company has developed a portfolio of leading multi‑million‑dollar private label consumer brands and has established itself as one of the most experienced sellers on Amazon.

• Monitor and adjust e‑commerce prices to optimize inventory sell‑through and ROI, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collect and analyze market trend, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior data to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop and document data‑based, repeatable pricing strategies.
• Manage pricing and sell‑through reports and present findings to management on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, sourcing and other cross‑functional team members to maximize success of each brand.
• Utilize data analytics tools to proactively identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Gain expert insight into Amazon and other marketplace best practices.
• Lead the new product development process from research through launch execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, data‑driven skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work or internship experience in data analysis, trading or competitive pricing; experience in e‑commerce marketplaces is a plus.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with Power
  
  BI or other business intelligence systems is a plus.
• Process improvement and value creation mindset.
• Tremendous work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work independently within a team environment.
