As a Senior Product Associate in Talent Attraction and Awareness, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Develop a Product Strategy and Vision by crafting and communicating a compelling product strategy that aligns with customer needs and business goals.
- Manage Discovery Efforts and Market Research by leading efforts to explore market trends and customer insights, integrating findings into the product roadmap.
- Own and Maintain Product Backlog by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring development efforts are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build a Framework for Success Metrics by establishing and monitoring key success metrics such as cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability to track product performance.
- Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams by working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by advocating for customer needs and preferences, ensuring product offerings meet and exceed expectations.
- Guide Successful Product Launches by planning and executing product launches, gathering crucial feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
- Ensure Top‑Tier Client Experiences by committing to delivering exceptional client experiences through scalable, resilient, and stable product solutions.
- Source and Identify Talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events to build a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Promote employer Branding and Engagement by showcasing the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.
- Support Job Advertising and Talent Pool Management by posting job openings on multiple platforms and building a database of potential candidates.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or a relevant domain area, with a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Product Development and deep understanding of the product development life cycle, design principles, and data analytics.
- Proven Leadership Abilities with the ability to lead product life cycle activities.
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to track and measure product success metrics.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
