Our client, Ellianse LLC, is seeking a Junior Business & Data Analyst to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage business requirements for projects. The analyst will also participate in testing, implementation, and support phases.

Roles and Responsibilities- Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade.
- Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
- Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and software.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services.
- Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data‑driven changes and improvements.
- Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops.
- Optimise budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency.
- Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
